Digital Sixth Sense

Hubby pointed this out to me.  It is an article on Blorge about a device cobbled together by MIT researchers out of technology readily available today.  The device is interactive and has a projector that allows the wearer to use any surface as a touch screen.  It has a webcam built in and can automatically recognize items on store shelves to comparison shop.  And it has the standard cell phone and internet access we have all come to depend on.  It looks pretty cool, and apparently only cost $300 to make, but it is not being mass produced.  😦

Hopefully the big wirelss providers are paying attention, ‘cuz I want one!
